- Multi-branch POSA multi-branch POS lets several locations share one menu or catalogue, one price list and one set of reports, while each branch keeps its own stock, staff and local prices.
- Offline-first POSAn offline-first POS keeps taking orders, payments and printing receipts with no internet connection, then sends the queued sales to the cloud once the connection returns.
- Z reportA Z report is the numbered end-of-shift or end-of-day report that closes a till, prints the final totals and resets the counters for the next period.
Tax & compliance

- Central kitchenA central kitchen prepares food in bulk, such as sauces, doughs and portioned proteins, and transfers it to a group’s branches, which finish and serve it.
- Cloud kitchenA cloud kitchen is a delivery-only restaurant with no dining room, often running several virtual brands from one kitchen, with orders coming through delivery platforms and the brands’ own channels.
- Delivery platform integrationA delivery platform integration brings orders from food delivery apps straight into the restaurant’s POS and kitchen screens, instead of staff retyping them from a separate tablet for each app.

- Recipe-level inventoryRecipe-level inventory takes each ingredient out of stock by its recipe quantity whenever the finished dish is sold, so a burger sale reduces the bun, the patty and the cheese rather than one “burger”.
- Revenue centreA revenue centre is an area of sales inside one branch, such as the bar, the terrace or takeaway, that is reported separately while sharing the branch’s company, tax registration and books.
