Shipments carry their containers, packing lists and stages — booked, in transit, at customs, cleared, received — linked to the purchase order and the bills. Shipments are rolling out now.
Freight, insurance, duty and clearing are spread over the shipment by value, weight or quantity, and posted to stock and the ledger — estimated first, then actual. Landed cost is rolling out now.
Each customer has a credit limit and terms. An order over the limit is held, and statements and ageing show who owes what and for how long.

Yes. Quotes, orders and purchase bills can be in the customer’s or supplier’s currency. The exchange rate is recorded on each document, and the books are kept in AED.

No. You record the declaration — HS codes, CIF value, duty and import VAT — and print it, and your broker or your own team files it in the customs system. The figures then flow to your stock cost and VAT return.
Yes. Each clearance is a job that moves from documents received to released and delivered. Duties and charges paid for the client are recorded against the job and billed back with your clearing fee.
The order is held, not lost: it goes through once the customer pays down what they owe or you raise the limit. Credit can also be stopped for a customer entirely.
