An AI Coworker is an AI assistant with a defined job, such as accounts or stock, that works inside the business software and prepares work for a person to approve.
Unlike a chatbot that only answers questions, an AI Coworker produces work, such as a drafted supplier bill or a stock reorder, within the permissions it has been given. A person approves it before it takes effect, and every action is logged.
Worth knowing
- An AI Coworker proposes; a person decides. It cannot approve its own work.
- Its permissions never exceed those of the person it works for.
- It works on the same records your team uses, so there is nothing to copy across.
