Salon booking software

Salon booking software is an appointment book that shows each stylist’s or therapist’s real availability, takes bookings at the desk or online, and keeps every visit on the client’s record.

Each stylist or room has working hours and a list of bookings. A service books its full time, including set-up and clean-up, and a visit with several services can book them back to back with different people.

Worth knowing

• Confirmations and reminders cut no-shows; a deposit for long services helps further.
• A waitlist helps fill cancelled slots.
• Separate sections for ladies and gents are common in the UAE and should show in the book and the reports.
