Multi-branch POS

A multi-branch POS lets several locations share one menu or catalogue, one price list and one set of reports, while each branch keeps its own stock, staff and local prices.

The catalogue is maintained once and every branch reads it. Branch-level changes, such as a higher price in a mall or an item a branch does not stock, apply only to that branch. Reports add the branches together and let you open any one of them.

• Renaming an item once updates every till, kitchen screen and online menu.
• Stock moved between branches should be recorded as a transfer, so each branch’s count stays right.
• A branch is a physical site under the same company and tax registration; a separate legal entity needs its own books.
