A cloud POS is a point-of-sale system whose sales, stock and reporting data is kept on internet servers, so owners and managers can see every till and branch from any device.

Instead of each till holding its own records, the tills send every sale to one shared record. Updates arrive without a technician visit, and a broken or stolen device does not take the day’s sales with it.
