A cloud kitchen is a delivery-only restaurant with no dining room, often running several virtual brands from one kitchen, with orders coming through delivery platforms and the brands’ own channels.

One kitchen line can prepare food for several brands. The kitchen screens route orders by station whatever the brand, while each brand’s sales and costs are reported separately.

• Your own online ordering and riders keep more margin but add work for the team.
